Terms of Service (Rider App)

Welcome to Namride! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Namride Rider App (“App”) provided by Namride (“Company”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Booking Rides: You may use the App to book rides from registered Namride drivers (“Drivers”). By booking a ride, you agree to pay the fare displayed in the App at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a ride booking within a specified time frame without incurring a cancellation fee. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee being charged to your account.
4. User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any behavior that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the App or infringe upon the rights of others.
5. Payment: Payment for rides booked through the App will be processed using the payment method linked to your account. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the App.
6. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
7. Disclaimer: The Company does not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of rides booked through the App. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Terms of Service (Driver App)

Welcome to the Namride Driver App (“App”) provided by Namride (“Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Driver Registration: To use the App as a driver, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
3. Ride Acceptance: As a driver, you may accept ride requests from users of the Namride Rider App (“Riders”). You agree to fulfill accepted ride requests promptly and professionally.
4. Payment: Payment for completed rides booked through the App will be processed by the Company. You agree to receive payment for completed rides in accordance with the Company’s payment policies.
5. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel accepted ride requests under certain circumstances. Late cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.

7. Feedback and Ratings: Riders may provide feedback and ratings based on their experience with you as a driver. You agree to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service to maintain positive ratings.
8. Driver Eligibility: The Company reserves the right to deactivate or suspend your account if you fail to meet the Company’s eligibility criteria or violate these Terms.
